This is the second visit to Lisa and had deep tissue shoulder and back massage. The tension particularly in my neck and shoulders has eased considerably and I fully intend to keep going. Lisa is an excellent massage therapist and I would highly recommend.

I've just got back from my 90min massage at Soul-full Sanctuary. The set up is great - easy parking, a lovely warm spa room fully clean & calm.
It was definitely one of the best treatments I have ever had. So much so, I think I fell asleep! I will be back.

Visited yesterday and oh my goodness it was incredible. Environment was beautiful and so relaxing. Lisa was so lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout. The massage itself was incredible, I left feeling a new woman! Being pregnant and struggling with PGP and sciatic she really concentrated on those areas and the relief I felt after was incredible. She put things in place to help me lie down while being pregnant. Nothing was too much for her.

Lisa was very welcoming and made me feel relaxed . The massage room is a beautiful garden room - very clean and cosy ( on a cold afternoon). I had a 30 minute back massage to relieve some aching muscles which definitely hit the spot.
